At Hot Rod Arcade, we believe people who love arcade and pinball machines shouldn’t have to chase unreliable sellers, guess at repairs, or overpay for something that barely works.

Meet Chris Royalty
Founder • Collector • Guy Who Never Left the Garage
Chris started buying and fixing games back in 2003, just to support his (very full) house of 7 kids.
What started as a side hustle quickly turned into something bigger—warehouses full of machines, shelves packed with parts, and a growing reputation for being the guy who actually knows what he’s doing.
Today, Hot Rod Arcade keeps around 150–200 machines in various states of restoration, along with thousands of hard-to-find parts. Chris also has deep connections in the pinball and arcade world, and he’s always willing to help track something down if he doesn’t have it on hand.
